Commercial Realty (PVT) Ltd engages in Real Estate and Property Development. Incorporated in 2006, but activities commenced in May 2010. We are a registered property development company, we provide necessity of a living person, which is shelter or a land in our mother land country with all infrastructure facilities. We cater for business people, professionals, and lower income levels such as employees who work in factories and many more who are keen to live in the suburbs.
Apart from the real estate development and construction, Commercial Realty (Pvt) Ltd engages in property exchange, Management, Financing and broking activities. Therefore, the Company is in effect, a total property solutions provider.
Our Total Capital Equity is 59 million and our current tradable assets would be 230 million. Through the Company’s property trading activities has earned high returns in the last financial year alone. And for the next financial year we are hoping to achieve revenue of 400million.

Commercial Realty (PVT) Ltd has a capable team of professionals who are widely experienced in their respective fields. The Company is dedicated to further strengthening the team by providing continuous training and instruction. In our company we have 28 permanent staff members.
There is a pleasure as a new company and with a limited staff, commercial realty got competence to complete 20 estate projects. We successfully completed 1520 blocks. It achieves good customer base and is now running with a good recognition with 14 estate projects, while having the new estate projects that are in the process of being marketed.
