Iranga Shalutha Samarathunga
Mr. Shalutha Samarathunge, an alumnus of Nalanda College’s 1995 batch. His career began in 1995 as an Area Sales Officer at Ruhunu Agra Fertiliser in Ampara District, where he demonstrated early leadership potential.
Maneesha Seneviratne
Mrs. Maneesha Seneviratne has 6-year experience working at Suyamas & 3 years in the Accounts Division. After leaving school had qualified in Accounting and good experience in the accounting field. Thereafter has joined the Commercial Realty group in the year 2009 and has been working as a Director – Finance up to date looking after the financial division.
D S Y Samaratunge
Mr. D S Y Samaratunge is working as Director of Human Resources & Administration at Commercial Realty (Pvt) Limited since February 2013 up to date.
Dulmini Bandara
He has studied at Ananda Shathralaya and entered Faculty of Law, University of Colombo and obtained the LLB. He has entered the Sri Lanka Law College and passed out as a Supreme Court lawyer. He has practiced as a lawyer in Kalutara Bar Association. Later joined Ceylinco group as a legal officer and served for 20 years in the real estate. He started service in the Commercial Realty (Pvt.) Ltd as Legal Manager in the year 2017 and in service up to date.
Udeni Abeykoon
The Company Secretary provides the legal backbone for a real estate firm. By ensuring transparency and regulatory adherence, they build trust with investors, financial institutions, and government authorities, which is essential for large-scale property investments.
Bandusiri D Puhambugoda
An effective AGM possesses a deep understanding of real estate market trends, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
Priyadarshani Imbulana
The Project Credit Facilitator is responsible for managing the financial lifecycle of real estate developments. Their primary goal is to secure project financing for the company and assist individual clients in obtaining mortgage approvals to complete their purchases.
Hasitha Athapaththu
The Accountant is responsible for maintaining all financial records related to property acquisitions, sales, rentals, and development projects. They provide the data necessary for management to make informed investment decisions and ensure that the company meets its tax and legal obligations.
Buddhini Hettiarachchi
The Sales Manager oversees the entire sales process, from lead generation to the final closing of a deal. Their focus is on meeting sales targets while ensuring that both the property developers and the buyers achieve their goals.
Sithara Athukoralla
The Marketing Executive focuses on promoting residential and commercial projects through various channels. Their goal is to ensure that the company’s listings—whether they are Houses, Lands, or Future Projects—reach the right target audience and convert interest into site visits.
Chaleesha Dewindi
The Interior Designer focuses on enhancing the aesthetic and functional appeal of properties within the company’s portfolio. By combining creativity with structural knowledge, they help bridge the gap between a finished construction and a “ready-to-move-in” home.
